[EVENING CLASS] Discover the wide range of Gouache with instructor Christel Schwarz
Service Description
Come for a fun evening of creativity and exploration and learn the art of Gouache - a water based paint known for its vibrant colors, opaque finish, and quick drying time. Pronounced "gwash," this art form is a unique in that it adds depth and vibrancy to traditional watercolor. Instructor Christel Schwarz will teach you the differences and similarities between gouache, watercolor, and acrylic paint. Learn how to paint with gouache, and leave with a custom, framed piece of art that you can proudly display in your home. Age 16+ Class participants should bring a simple, printed, high quality 5x7 reference photo (floral or landscape) for inspiration.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: You may cancel your registration for a class up to seven (7) days prior to the scheduled date of the class. No-shows, who haven’t notified us, lose the right to register for another event for 60 days (except for extenuating circumstances). Please be mindful that most of our classes have a waitlist. No-shows prevent others from having the opportunity to attend these classes. To cancel, please call us at (231)498-2522. Class Cancellations: Art and Connection reserves the right to cancel any class when there is insufficient enrollment (minimum of five (5) students per class). Registrants will be notified. We will make every effort to reschedule a class when an instructor cancels but due to space and other classes we may be unable to re-schedule.
