[EVENING CLASS] Learn how to make and use a grounding page with instructor Karen Baker
Service Description
Join us at Art & Connection for a fun and introspective evening with local instructor Karen Baker, where you will learn how to make and use a grounding page. Perfect for beginner and advanced artists alike, this workshop will help you take a journey into the art of grounding energy, by acknowledging the things that make us feel centered, grounded, and safe. Your grounding page is a place that you can go to take a breath and center your energy when you are feeling off balance, stressed, uncertain, or just need to focus. Infuse this energy into a completed 11x14 grounding page project that you will create out of acrylic paint, permanent markers, glue, and various natural elements. Leave with a beautiful and unique grounding page that you can use in everyday life, and that also reflects your personal energy! Age 16+ Class Participants are encouraged to bring any personal elements that they would like to include in their grounding page.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: You may cancel your registration for a class up to seven (7) days prior to the scheduled date of the class. No-shows, who haven’t notified us, lose the right to register for another event for 60 days (except for extenuating circumstances). Please be mindful that most of our classes have a waitlist. No-shows prevent others from having the opportunity to attend these classes. To cancel, please call us at (231)498-2522. Class Cancellations: Art and Connection reserves the right to cancel any class when there is insufficient enrollment (minimum of five (5) students per class). Registrants will be notified. We will make every effort to reschedule a class when an instructor cancels but due to space and other classes we may be unable to re-schedule.
